A cloud reporting system that lets jurisdictions share suspected child-abuse reports and spot patterns that cross county lines — patterns that used to slip through the gaps. Built secure, built to be shared. More California agencies have since joined the system.

Staff were spending nearly 40% of their time moving physical case files — files that got lost, and that only one person could use at a time. SyTech digitized the operation and made Yolo the first DA office in California to go fully paperless: multi-user access, OCR keyword search, and nightly off-site backup.
