A Facility Built for Record Security.
The physical work of scanning, indexing, and chain-of-custody happens in a stand-alone building designed for record and data security from the ground up, by a consultant who designs security facilities for banks. Electronic access control. Biometric fingerprint readers on sensitive areas. 32 security cameras covering every critical area, inside and out. Your records are never left unattended, and only authorized, agreement-bound staff are allowed near them.
Protected, Coming and Going.
We encrypt communications and protect every login, and we monitor our hosting network daily for uptime and security. When physical records are transported, our vehicles are GPS-tracked, and customer records are never left unattended in an unsecured vehicle. Movement and storage are governed by the same chain-of-custody discipline.
When Records Are Destroyed, You Get Proof.
When the time comes to destroy records, we shred on-site in a manner that exceeds DoD standards, with the process recorded on camera, and we issue a certificate of destruction for your files. You're never left wondering whether something was actually disposed of — you have documentation that it was, done to a defined standard.

SyTech carries a specific rider on its Errors & Omissions policy covering network security and data privacy. On request, we'll name your agency as an Additional Insured on our policies. The protection isn't just a promise on a webpage — it's written into the policy itself.
